Add your site in Sites, then either add the DNS TXT record Acentics gives you at your DNS provider, or add the acentics-site-verification meta tag to your homepage. DNS changes can take a while to show up, so if verification fails, wait a few minutes and press Verify again.

Each plan has a pages-per-crawl limit (100 on Free). The crawler also skips pages your robots.txt disallows, and it finds pages through your sitemap and your own links, so a page nothing links to can be missed. Add it to your sitemap and crawl again.

Through a small installer you add once: a WordPress plugin, a Cloudflare Worker, or a few lines of PHP or Node. The installer reads your approved fixes from Acentics and serves them in your pages. Setup steps for each are in the dashboard under Sites.

The installer keeps a short-lived copy of your fixes, so a change can take a minute or two to appear. If your site or CDN caches whole pages, clear that cache too. If it still hasn't changed, check that the installer is still active on the site.

Open Fixes and choose Revert on the applied fix. Acentics restores exactly what that fix replaced.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Each check sends one of your prompts to an engine and shows the full answer, whether your site was named, and which pages were linked as sources.

Checks run on your key, so you pay the provider directly at their price and there's no prompt quota from Acentics. Keys are encrypted before they're stored.

No. Plans are paid in advance through Razorpay and never charge by themselves. Acentics reminds you before a plan ends so you can renew.

Cancelling stops the renewal reminders. When the paid period ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan, and nothing is deleted.

Yes. In India, plans are priced in rupees: ₹499 a month for Starter, ₹999 for Growth and ₹7,999 for Enterprise.

The workspace owner can delete it from Settings with Delete workspace permanently. Acentics emails the owner a code to confirm, then deletes the workspace and its data.

Invite them from Team and choose which features they can use. You can change it at any time.
